A high-rise is not a bigger version of a plaza. The floor cycle governs everything: if the shuttering is not released and re-set on schedule, the programme slips a week per floor and no amount of labour recovers it. That is why we carry 48,000 square feet of MS plate on our own books rather than renting panels that sit on another contractor’s site.

Owned formwork
48,000 sq ft of MS plate, 95,000 RFT of pipe, 1,200 girders and 20,000 joints. Enough to run more than one tower at a time.
Survey-set frames
Every level set out with a total station before the shuttering goes up. One total station, one theodolite and three auto levels, all in-house.
Vertical transport
Four lift machines rated to 170 feet, so material keeps moving as the frame climbs.
