We build what your
consultant draws.
Unity Professionals (SMC-Private) Limited, formerly Unity Engineers, is a Lahore-based engineering and construction company. We do not design. We take your architect’s drawings, raise our questions before anything is priced, and put the building up: frame, basement, services and finish.
We started in 2015 with houses in Johar Town and Gulberg. The work moved to plazas, then to seven storeys, then to fifteen. Our tallest completed building is sixteen storeys and one hundred and seventy-six feet, on a Lahore main road.
That progression was not luck. It was formwork: 48,000 square feet of it, on our own books, because you cannot pour a fourteen-storey frame on shuttering that belongs to somebody else’s programme.

Most contractors in Lahore rent their shuttering, and a rented panel is always on somebody else’s programme. We carry 48,000 square feet of MS plate, 95,000 running feet of pipe and 1,200 girders on our own books, enough to run more than one tower at a time.
