A contractor, not a designer.

Unity Professionals (SMC-Private) Limited, formerly operating as Unity Engineers, is a Lahore-based engineering and construction company committed to delivering reliable, high-quality and professionally managed construction solutions.

Established in 2015, the company began its journey under the name Unity Engineers. As the business continued to grow and expand its capabilities, it adopted the new name Unity Professionals (SMC-Private) Limited, reflecting a broader professional approach, expanding expertise and a long-term vision. The change of name represents a new corporate identity while carrying forward the same experience, values and commitment developed over the years.

Our experience includes commercial multi-storey buildings, residential developments, industrial buildings and complete project execution. Each project is planned according to its technical, functional and client requirements.

We combine professional planning, technical expertise, skilled workmanship and effective project management to maintain quality, efficiency and timely delivery throughout every stage of construction.

The climb, measured
in storeys.

Eleven years between a two-storey house in Johar Town and a sixteen-storey tower on a Lahore main road. This is the order it happened in.

  1. Mr. M. Arshad House, Lahore: a completed two-storey residence

    Where it started

    Unity Engineers was founded in Lahore with a simple aim: reliable, professionally managed construction. The first work was private houses, built directly for their owners with Manan Associate on the drawings.

  2. Afnan Zafar House, Lahore: a completed two-storey residence

    Houses first

    Seven residences across Johar Town, Gulberg, DHA and PAF Colony. Small buildings, but the habits were set here: one supervisor on site, written scope, finish the snag list before asking for the next payment.

  3. Khawaja Nasir Plaza, Lahore: a completed 4-storey commercial building

    The first plazas

    The work moved from houses to commercial. Khawaja Nasir Plaza, the Shahdara commercial building and Grand Chalet took the company into basements, retail frontage and client programmes with money riding on the date.

  4. 5th Avenue on MM Alam Road, Lahore: a completed 7-storey commercial building with a Bank of Punjab branch at street level

    Into the towers

    5th Avenue on MM Alam Road, Rose Heights in Johar Town, ZAKA Apartments in Gulberg II and General Naveed Plaza. Seven storeys is where rented shuttering stops working, so we started buying our own.

  5. Malik Heights, Lahore: a completed 15-storey, 165-foot commercial building

    One hundred and sixty-five feet, for Malik Lateef with Babar Associate. A fifteen-storey frame needs a formwork set that can cycle without waiting on another contractor’s site.

  6. One World Tower, Lahore: a completed 16-storey, 176-foot commercial tower built by Unity Professionals

    One hundred and seventy-six feet on a Lahore main road, for Mr. Salman with Mansoor Durrani. Still our tallest completed building, and the one that changed what we take on.
