Every project is contracted, surveyed and built by our own site team. Grey structure or turnkey: the scope is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Seven stages, from your
drawings to your keys.

Drawings & scope
We take your consultant’s drawings, mark our RFIs, and agree the scope in writing before anything is priced.

Survey & set out
Total station on site. Levels, grid and boundaries confirmed against the approved plan before excavation.
- 03
Substructure
Excavation, shoring where the basement demands it, raft or footings, waterproofing. Up to two levels below grade.
- 04
Structure & frame
Column, slab and shear wall. Our own formwork, our own cycle. Cube tests on every pour.
- 05
Services & MEP
Conduiting, plumbing and shaft coordination sequenced into the frame, not chased into it afterwards.
- 06
Finishing
Where the contract is turnkey. Where it is grey structure, we hand over here.
- 07
Handover & defects
Snag list walked with you and your consultant. Defects period agreed in the contract, not left implied.
